Our traditional chore coat gets an update in a sartorial Italian fabric; think of this as tailored workwear. The basic silhouette clean lines and three patch pockets remains the same, but weve updated this utilitarian classic with a butterfly lining, slimmer fit and a slight lapel roll at the collar, all elements more typically found in a sport coat or blazer. The fabric is a wool blend woven in a classic herringbone, from the experts at Sondrio Mill in Italy.
Tucked away in the heart of the Alps, the family-run Tessuti di Sondrio mill was founded in 1895 and is one of Italys most revered cotton fabric weavers.
